A key initiative involves creating a professional school dedicated to training instructors with the expertise to effectively teach and assist individuals with the specified disabilities.

An instructor training school will be created to equip individuals with lived experience of overcoming drug addiction, alcoholism, and domestic violence with the skills necessary to contribute to society by supporting others with comparable struggles.
